The Planner Shop Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below:
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theplannershop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be issued a refund for the price of the item(s) at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange an item, we can either assist you with selecting a replacement or offer store credit for future purchases.
2. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are not eligible for a refund or return unless they arrive damaged or defective. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is scheduled to ship on a specific date. Please ensure you are comfortable with the expected shipping timeframe before placing your pre-order.
Shipping for Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the specified shipping date, and shipping times may vary based on your location.
Cancellation of Pre-Orders
Pre-order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we are unable to accept cancellations as the product is in the process of being prepared for shipment.
Damaged or Defective Pre-Order Items
If your pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@theplannershop.com with a photo of the issue. To the extend that we have determined that the item is damaged or defective, we will promptly offer a replacement or store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in certain cases of defective or damaged items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
